KARACHI: The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) have teamed up to launch a specialized Diploma in Aviation Leadership and Management, marking a major step forward for Pakistan’s aviation industry.
The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at the PAA Headquarters, bringing together top leaders from both institutions. The agreement was inked by Dr. S Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director of IBA Karachi, and Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Zeeshan Saeed, Director General of PAA.

The new diploma program, developed by IBA’s Center for Executive Education (IBA-CEE) and the Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI), is designed to equip professionals with advanced leadership and management skills tailored to the aviation industry.
