KARACHI: – The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi hosted an enlightening session titled “Impact of IBA for Smoothly Handling Commercial Disputes through ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)” at its main campus. The event aimed to promote awareness about the growing importance of ADR mechanisms—such as arbitration, mediation, and reconciliation—as faster and more cost-effective alternatives to traditional litigation in Pakistan.

Keynote by Hon’ble Justice Jawad Hassan

He commended Dr. S Akbar Zaidi (Executive Director, IBA) and Mr. Kamran Bilgrami (Director, IBA-CEE) for their leadership in advancing ADR education and practice in Pakistan.

IBA’s Commitment to Legal Literacy & Good Governance
