The SET School organises annual science show
The SET School hosted a Science Show on Thursday, May 4th, 2023, to showcase the students’ projects and experiments in various fields of science. The event was attended by parents, teachers, and local media representatives, who were impressed by the creativity and innovation of the young scientists.
The Science Show featured demonstrations of physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, and robotics, among others. Some of the highlights included a homemade rocket launch, a volcano eruption simulation, a solar system model with moving planets, and a robot that can solve a Rubik’s cube. The students explained the scientific principles behind their projects and answered questions from the audience.

The eighth-grade girls performed a play on how bogus pimps and spiritual healers deceive people and hurt those who have not studied science by using scientific methods. People who have studied science are not drawn to such phony magic and chemical use because science is an interesting subject.
The Science Show was organized by the Science Department of The SET School, with the support of the school administration and staff. The Science Show is an extracurricular activity that aims to foster students’ interest and curiosity in science and technology. The department meets weekly to conduct experiments, watch documentaries, and prepare for competitions and events.
Everyone enjoyed the great musical performance by the sixth-grade boys, which focused on water conservation.
The Science Show was a success and received positive feedback from the attendees. The students were proud of their achievements and learned valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. The school plans to make the Science Show an annual event and hopes to inspire more students to pursue science-related careers in the future.
